Moscow Night is a unique 3-in-1 in-home cultural experience that brings the essence of Russian nightlife and cuisine directly to you. Led by a native Russian with extensive experience in Moscow's nightlife scene, this immersive event includes:

What makes Moscow Night truly special is that everything is prepared fresh in your own kitchen. Your host will bring all the necessary ingredients and equipment, transforming your home into a slice of Moscow for the evening. You'll learn, taste, and experience authentic Russian culture without leaving your house.
This all-inclusive experience combines entertainment, education, and exquisite flavors, offering you and your guests an unforgettable journey through Russian culinary traditions and modern nightlife culture.

Not at all! Our experience is designed for both novices and enthusiasts. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, making it enjoyable for everyone regardless of their prior knowledge.

Unlike some private chefs who require you to buy all ingredients before the dinner, our BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) approach is much simpler:

1. We bring:

• All ingredients for food and cocktails (except vodka)
• Cooking tools and equipment
• Glassware
• Soft drinks
• Our culinary expertise

1. You bring: Just the vodka. We recommend two types:

• One for cocktails and tinctures
• One premium vodka for tasting and food pairing

1. Timing:

• Ideally, book 2+ weeks in advance. This gives us time to prepare special tinctures for your cocktails.
• At minimum, we need 2 weeks to make the tinctures.

By handling all the preparation ourselves, we ensure an authentic experience while you contribute the essential Russian spirit - vodka!

Our Moscow Night experience features a carefully curated selection of five courses of authentic Slavic appetizers (*zakuski*), both cold and hot. This menu is crafted based on my lifelong experience with Russian cuisine, but it's flexible—I can adapt to special requests!

Our standard menu includes:

1. Solenya – Two types of traditionally pickled vegetables.
2. Black bread with salmon caviar.
3. Potatoes with herring.
4. Veg "caviar" with toasts.
5. Hot course: Roasted potatoes with wild mushrooms.

The menu is primarily vegetarian-friendly, with some dishes containing fish. We can accommodate fully vegetarian or other dietary needs upon request, which may involve creating a custom menu.

Additional courses or special dishes, such as traditional salads or blini (crepes) are available as extra options.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs while maintaining an authentic Slavic experience.

Remember, I bring all the ingredients and prepare everything fresh in your kitchen as part of the immersive experience!

2. We'll schedule a quick WhatsApp video call before the event for a virtual tour of your space. This helps me plan my setup.
3. During the event, I'll need to use:

• Some space in your refrigerator and freezer
• Your stove and oven
• Kitchen counter space or bar area for preparation and presentation

That's it! I'll bring all necessary equipment, ingredients, and supplies. My goal is to create an authentic experience while making it as easy as possible for you.
